Let Us Show You How

I was told by someone at SMARTSolution Technologies, L.P. or directly by someone at SMART Technologies that there are free lessons on the SMART Technologies website, but how do I find them?


Step One:


Double click on the icon to launch your Internet Browser. It will most likely be one of these choices: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari, but there are others.



Step Two:


Type www.education.smarttech.com into your Internet Browser




Step Three:


You should have brought up a screen that looks like this:




Click on the link on the left-hand side of the website that says “All Lesson Activities”


Step Four:


Choose which link you would like to use. We will choose Subject and Grade Level under the United States heading:




You should now be at a screen that looks like the one below:




Step Five:


Now select a state, grade level and subject level and press on the “Search” button.




This should bring up a list of lesson activities that meet the Curriculum standards for your state at the grade level you need for that subject.


Step Six:




Click on the link for that lesson as shown with a green ellipse around it or click on the “View Standards correlated to this resource” if you would like more information about the lesson before you download it.




Step Seven:


You will get a window that asks you to “Open” or “Save” that lesson. I recommend saving the lesson. You can place it on your desktop or your “My Notebook Content” folder and later move it to a folder of your choice later.




Once the download is complete open the lesson.


You can use it as it is, add pages, or change the content to suit the information you need your students to learn.
